Effect of Tibial Transverse Transport on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Ulcer Healing in Patients with Diabetic Foot
Objective To investigate the effect of tibial transverse transport(TTT)in patients with diabetic foot(DF).Methods A total of 80 cases of DF patients admitted to Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group received TTT treatment on this basis.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory factor levels,ulcer healing time,ankle-brachial index and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and procalcitonin in the observation group were(4.81±0.47)mg/L,(3.35±0.32)ng/L and(0.51±0.11)μg/L,respectively,which were lower than(6.02±1.03)mg/L,(4.27±0.45)ng/L,(0.79±0.14)μg/L in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The healing time of ulcer in the observation group was(2.32±0.36)months,which was shorter than(3.12±0.41)months in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the ankle-brachial index of the observation group was(0.96±0.16),which was higher than(0.81±0.14)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the physiological,psychological,social and environmental scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF scale in the observation group were(87.53±5.19)points,(85.58±5.14)points,(88.31±5.25)points and(90.65±4.29)points,respectively,which were higher than(79.84±5.05)points,(78.35±5.09)points,(80.64±5.15)points and(83.75±5.05)points in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TTT is effective in treating DF.It can speed up ulcer healing,reduce inflammatory factors,promote ankle-brachial index recovery and improve patients'quality of life.
