Effect of Ropivacaine Combined with Dexmedetomidine on Incision Pain in Patients after Posterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion Surgery
Objective To investigate the effect of ropivacaine combined with dexmedetomidine local infiltration anesthesia on posterior lumbar interbody fusion(PLIF)patients with discdisc pain. Methods A total of 66 patients with disc pain who received PLIF in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group(n=33)and an observation group(n=33)according to random number table method.control group was given ropivacaine for incision local infiltration analgesia the observation group was additionally given dexmedetomidne for incision local infiltration analgesia on the basis of the control group. The sedative and analgesic effects and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results At 2,8,12,and 24 hours after surgery, the pain Visual Analogue Scale scores of the observation group were(1.72±0.84)points,(1.83±0.72)points,(2.02±0.78)points,and(1.03±0.65)points,respectively,which were lower than(3.11±1.21)points,(4.01±1.13)points,(4.23±1.25)point,and(3.02±1.04)points of the control group, with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.09%,which was lower than 30.30%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ropivacaine combined with dexmedetomidine has significant effect on local infiltration anesthesia, analgesia and less adverse reactions in patients with disc pain with PLIF.
