Effects of Kangfu Xiaoyan Suppositant Combined with Levofloxacin on Pelvic Inflammation and Pain Symptoms in Patients with Sequelae of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease
Objective To investigate the effect of kangfu xiaoyan suppositant combined with levofloxacin on the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 76 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease admitted to the hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 38 cases in each group,using a random number table method.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,and the observation group was treated with kangfu xiaoyan supposit ant on the basic of the control group.The improvement of symptoms,pelvic inflammatory indicators,pain degree,quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The relief time of abnormal leucorrhea(5.22±1.17)d,lower abdominal pain(6.13±1.19)d and lumbosacral pain(7.22±1.48)d in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,white blood cell count(7.49±1.54)×109/L,interleukin-6(125.62±10.77)ng/L,C-reactive protein(6.12±1.21)mg/L,the pain Visual Analogue Scale score(1.01±0.76)points,incidence of adverse reactions 7.89%in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of quality of life(84.21±3.51)points was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of kangfu xiaoyan suppositant combined with levofloxacin can accelerate the symptom relief,reduce the indicators of pelvic inflammation in the body,improve the pain degree,reduce adverse reactions,and improve the quality of life.
