Effects of Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium Combined with Magnesium Sulfate and Rabelol on Blood Pressure Levels,Coagulation Function and Pregnancy Outcomes in Patients with Severe Hypertension in Pregnancy
Objective To explore the effects of low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with magnesium sulfate and rabelol on blood pressure levels, coagulation function, and pregnancy outcomes in patients with severe hypertension in pregnancy(HIP).Methods A total of 84 severe HIP patients admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Qingdao Chengyang District People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received treatment with magnesium sulfate and rabelol, while the observation group received treatment with low molecular weight heparin sodium on the basic of the control group;both group were treated for one week and followed up until delivery.blood pressure levels, coagulation function, adverse pregnancy outcomes, and incidence of adverse reactions between two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the average systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, longer thrombin time and prothrombin time of the observation group were longer than those of the control group, and the fibrinogen level was lower than that of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 7.14%,which was lower than 23.81%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups of patients was compared, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Low molecular weight heparin sodium combined with magnesium sulfate and rabelol can effectively reduce blood pressure levels, improve coagulation function and pregnancy outcomes in patients with severe HIP,and have fewer adverse reactions.
