Effects of Azithromycin Combined with Budesonide Aerosol Inhalation on Respiratory Function and Rehabilitation of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia
Objective To study the effect of azithromycin combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods A total of 86 children with MPP admitted to Shen County People's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with azithromycin sequential treatment, and the observation group was treated with budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group. The respiratory function, serum indexes, rehabilitation related indexes, clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the peak expiratory flow rate of the observation group was(2.83±0.68)L/s,the maximum expiratory volume in the first second was(1.80±0.31)L,and the instantaneous flow at 25%of forced breathing was(1.38±0.23)L/s,which were higher than(2.51±0.40)L/s,(1.64±0.39)L/s,(1.23±0.16)L/s of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the levels of serum C-reactive protein,interleukin-2,immunoglobulin(Ig)A and IgM in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the IgG level was higher than that in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.67%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups. Conclusion Azithromycin combined with budesonide aerosol inhalation is effective and safe in the treatment of MPP children.
