Therapeutic Effect of Nifedipine Combined with Magnesium Sulfate in the Treatment of Gestational Hypertension Patients
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Nifedipine combined with Magnesium sulfate in patients with gestational hypertension(HDP).Methods A total of 168 patients with HDP admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 84 cases in each group, using a random number table method. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate, while the observation group was treated with nifedipine in addition to the control group. The clinical efficacy, blood pressure indicators, serological indicators, pregnancy outcomes, and safety between two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 84.52%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Seven days after treatment, the levels of systolic blood pressure(132.20±7.75)mmHg,diastolic blood pressure(86.36±6.61)mmHg,homocysteine(10.33±1.46)μmol/L,C-reactive protein(6.21±1.13)mg/L,and endothelin-1(42.46±4.33)ng/L in the observation group were lower than(144.35±8.64)mmHg,(93.28±7.45)mmHg,(13.24±2.03)μmol/L,(8.02±1.27)mg/L,(47.68±4.12)ng/L in the control group, the level of nitric oxide in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 5.95%,which was lower than 15.48%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of nifedipine and magnesium sulfate can enhance the blood pressure control effect of HDP,improve serological indicators, reduce adverse pregnancy outcomes, and have high safety.
