妇炎康胶囊联合甲硝唑对细菌性阴道炎患者临床症状及阴道微环境的影响
Effect of Fuyankang Capsules Combined with Metronidazole on Clinical Symptoms and Vaginal Microenvironment in Patients with Bacterial Vaginitis

摘要
目的 探讨妇炎康胶囊辅助甲硝唑治疗细菌性阴道炎(BV)的效果.方法 选择 2021 年5月—2023 年 6 月就诊于金乡县人民医院妇科的 64 例BV患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各32例.对照组采用甲硝唑治疗,观察组采用妇炎康胶囊、甲硝唑联合治疗,持续治疗2 周.比较两组临床疗效、症状消失时间、阴道微环境、不良反应发生情况及复发情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率 93.75%高于对照组的 71.88%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组患者外阴瘙痒、阴道异味及白带异常增多消失时间均短于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗后,观察组菌群密集度及菌群多样性均优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).观察组复发率 6.25%低于对照组的 28.13%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 采用妇炎康胶囊辅助甲硝唑治疗BV,可缩短患者症状消失时间,改善阴道微环境,降低复发率,且安全性较高.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of using fuyankang capsules as an adjunct to metronidazole treatment for patients with bacterial vaginitis(BV).Methods A total of 64 BV patients who visited the gynecology department of Jinxiang County People's Hospital from May 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 32 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metronidazole alone,while the observation group was treated with a combination of fuyankang capsules and metronidazole for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time,vaginal microenvironment,incidence of adverse reactions,and recurrence between two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 71.88%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The disappearance time of external genital itching,vaginal odor,and abnormal increase in vaginal discharge in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the observation group showed better microbial density and diversity than the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).The recurrence rate of 6.25%in the observation group,which was lower than 28.13%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The use of fuyankang capsules combined with metronidazole in the treatment of BV patients can shorten the time for symptom disappearance,improve the vaginal microenvironment,reduce the recurrence rate,and have high safety.
