Impact of Graded Rehabilitation Training Based on Quantitative Evaluation Strategy on the Rehabilitation Process and Blood Gas Analysis Indicators of ICU Severe Pneumonia Patients Undergoing Mechanical Ventilation Treatment
Objective To explore the application effect of graded rehabilitation training based on quantitative evaluation strategy on patients with severe pneumonia undergoing mechanical ventilation in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods The data of 65 patients with severe pneumonia undergoing mechanical ventilation admitted to the ICU of our hospital from January 2021 to November 2023 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different intervention methods, the patients were divided into a control group(n=32)and an observation group(n=33).The control group received routine intervention, and the observation group received graded rehabilitation training based on quantitative evaluation strategy. The rehabilitation process, blood gas analysis indexes, lung function and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The duration of mechanical ventilation and ICU stay in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).One week after intervention, the arterial oxygen partial pressure and blood oxygen saturation of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1)were greater than those of the control group, the FEV1/FVC was higher than that of the control group, the partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that of the control group, and the incidence of complications was 3.03%,which was lower than 25.00%of the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Graded rehabilitation training based on quantitative evaluation strategy.can improve the blood gas analysis index and lung function of ICU patients with severe pneumonia undergoing mechanical ventilation, accelerate the rehabilitation process, and reduce complications.
