Effects of Nurse-Led Cognitive and Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Mindfulness-Based Decompression Training on Recovery Process and Negative Emotions in Patients with Colorectal Cancer after Surgery
Objective To explore the effects of nurse-led cognitive and rehabilitation nursing combined with mindfulness-based decompression training on rehabilitation process and negative emotions in patients with colorectal cancer after surgery. Methods A total of 60 postoperative patients with colorectal cancer admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional postoperative intervention for colorec tal cancer, and the observation group received nurse-led cognitive and rehabilitation nursing combined with mindfulness-based decompression training intervention. The recovery process, negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After the intervention, the first postoperative exhaust time, intestinal recovery time, getting out of bed time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in observation group were lower than those in control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of QOL were higher than those of control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nurse-led cognitive and rehabilitation nursing combined with mindfulness-based decompression training can accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients with colorectal cancer after surgery, reduce their negative emotions and improve their quality of life.
