Effect of Green's Model Health Education Combined with Proprioception Enhancement Training Intervention on Knee Joint Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Patellar Fracture
Objective To explore the application effect of Green's model health education combined with proprioception enhancement training intervention in patients with patellar fractures. Methods A total of 88 patients with patellar fractures admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects, divide them into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 44 cases in each group. The control group received Green's model health education intervention, while the observation group received proprioception enhancement training intervention in addition to the control group.Compare the differences in intervention effects between two groups. Results After 12 weeks of intervention, the pain, function, range of motion, muscle strength, and stability scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, while the flexion deformity score was lower than that of the control group, the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions of GQOLI-74 in both groups were higher than before intervention, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.55%,which was lower than the 20.45%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Green's mode health education combined with proprioception enhancement training intervention can improve knee joint function, reduce complications, and improve quality of life in patients with patellar fractures.
