Application Effect of Reading Therapy Combined with Behavioral Training in Nursing of Patients with Schizophrenia in Convalescent Period
Objective To analyze the effect of reading therapy combined with behavioral training on convalescent schizophrenia(SCH)patients.Methods A total of 90 cases of convalescing SCH patients admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Heze City from August 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received reading therapy combined with behavioral training on this basis.The mental symptoms,social function,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the scores of nurses'observation scale for inpatient evaluation,social disability screening schedule and self-report quality of life measure for people with schizophrenia in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was 93.33%,which was higher than 82.22%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Reading therapy combined with behavioral training in SCH patients can effectively improve their mental symptoms and social function,guarantee quality of life,improve nursing satisfaction,and have clinical application value.
