Effect of Incentive Nursing Combined with Detailed Intervention on Recovery and Emotional State of Patients with Subarachnoid Hemorrhage after Interventional Embolization
Objective To explore the effect of incentive nursing combined with detailed intervention on the recovery and emotional state of patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage after interventional embolization. Methods A total of 72 patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage admitted to Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 36 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received incentive nursing combined detailed intervention. The postoperative recovery, emotional state,self-care ability and complications were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in postoperative waking time between the two groups(P>0.05).The hospitalization time and the first time of getting out of bed in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of intervention, the Hamilton anxiety score and Hamilton depression score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the self-care ability scale score were higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.56%,which was lower than 25.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Incentive nursing combined with detailed intervention can accelerate the speed of postoperative recovery, relieve patients'bad emotions, improve their self-care ability, and reduce the occurrence of complications.
