Observation Effect of Integrated Medical Treatment and Nursing Model Combined with Early Repetitive Training of Lower Limbs on Rehabilition of Acute Cerebral Infarction Patients
Objective To investigate the effect of integrated medical treatment and nursing model combined with early repetitive training of lower limbs on acute cerebral infarction(ACI)patients rehabilitation. Methods A total of 84 ACI patients admitted to the Department of Neurology,Weifang People's Hospital from August 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received integrated medical treatment and nursing mode combined with early repetitive training of lower limbs. The nerve function, nerve factor, lower limb function and quality of life between the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the brain-derived neurotrophic factor, nerve growth factor, the scores of Fugl-Meyer lower limb Motor function scale and stroke special quality of life table in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and neuron-specific enolate was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated medical diagnosis, treatment and nursing mode combined with early repetitive training of lower limbs in ACI patients rehabilitation can help patients recover nerve and lower limb function, adjust the level of neurofactors and improve the quality of life.
