Application of Continuous Nursing Guided by Delphi Method and Analytic Hierarchy Process in Elderly Patients with Coronary Atherosclerotic Heart Disease Undergoing PCI
Objective To explore the application value of continuous nursing guided by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)in elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods A total of 74 elderly patients with PCI of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease treated in Lanling County People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table,37 cases in each group. The control group received routine discharge guidance, and the observation group received continuous nursing based on Delphi method and AHP method guidance, and both groups received nursing for 6 months.Lifestyle,self-care ability, quality of life and adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of Health Promotion Lifestyle ScaleⅡ,Self-care Ability Scale and Simple Life Scale in observation group were higher than those in control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events in the observation group was 5.41%,which was lower than 21.62%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing guided by Delphi method and AHP method can enhance the self-care ability of elderly patients with coronary atherosclerotic heart disease undergoing PCI,promote their healthy lifestyle, prevent adverse cardiovascular events, and improve their quality of life.
