Oxytocin Joint Compound Postpartum Shenghua Decoction to Promote the Effect of Maternal Postpartum Uterus Repair Research
Objective To explore the effect of oxytocin combined with compound postpartum Shenghua Decoction on promoting postpartum uterine repair.Methods A total of 300 parturients admitted to the hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 150 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with compound postnatal Shenghua Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,postpartum hemorrhage,degree of uterine involvement and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,higher than that of the control group 83.33%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The amount of vaginal bleeding in the observation group was less than that in the control group,and the duration of vaginal bleeding was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P＜0.05).After treatment,the sum of three diameters of uterus in the two groups decreased,and the observation group was smaller than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Endometrial thickness increased in both groups,and the observation group was thicker than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Oxytocin combined with compound postpartum Shenghua Decoction has a significant effect on postpartum uterine repair,which can not only reduce the amount of vaginal bleeding and shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding,but also promote uterine contraction and endometrial repair,and has a good safety.
