Effect of Huangkui Capsule Combined with Hydrochlorothiazide Tablet in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis and Its Influence on 24 h Urinary Protein Quantification and Oxidative Stress
Objective To explore the effect of hydrochlorothiazide tablets combined with Huangkui capsule in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis and its influence on 24 h urinary protein quantification and oxidative stress.Methods A total of 84 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to Lanling People's Hospital from April 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and an observation group by the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with hydrochlorothiazide tablets,and the observation group was treated with Huangkui capsule and hydrochlorothiazide tablets,the treatment time for both group was 2 months.The clinical efficacy,renal function indexes,24 h urinary protein quantification,oxidative stress indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of renal function and oxidative stress between the two groups(P＞0.05);after treatment,the levels of serum creatinine,blood urea nitrogen and serum malondialdehyde in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of serum superoxide dismutase was higher than that in the control group,and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in 24 h urinary protein between the two groups(P＞0.05);after 1 and 2 months of treatment,the 24-hour urinary protein quantitative level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Huangkui capsule combined with hydrochlorothiazide tablets in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis has significant effect,can improve the renal function of patients,regulate 24 h urinary protein quantification,reduce oxidative stress response,and has good safety.
