Clinical Effect Study of Jinshuibao Combined with Valsartan in the Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis
Objective Exploring the effect of Jinshuibao combined with valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomeru-lonephritis.Methods Selecting 100 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis who received treatment in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 as the research subjects,they were divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with valsartan,and the observation group combined with Jinshuibao treatment on the basis of the control group.The clintcal efficacy,renal function indexes,blood lipid levels and adverse effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observa-tion group was 96.00%,which was higher than the control group's 84.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the 24-hour urinary protein and blood creatinine levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the glomerular filtration rate was higher than that in the control group,and the dif-ferences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the levels of triglycerides and total cholesterol in the obser vation group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was not statistically significant compared to the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion The combination of Jinshuibao and valsartan in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis can significantly improve patients'renal function and blood lipid levels,without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions.
