Based on Literature Research,the Regularity of Acupoint Use of Moxibustion in the Treatment of Neurogenic Bladder and Urinary Retention after Spinal Cord Injury
Objective To explore the rule of moxibustion in the treatment of neurogenic bladder and urinary retention after spinal cord injury.Methods Spinal cord injury,moxibustion,neurogenic bladder and urinary retention were used as search terms.All relevant literatures from CNKI knowledge resource database,WANFANG database,VIP Chinese journal platform,PUBMED etc.from October,1st 2008 to October 1st,2022 were searched by computer.Hand-searching journals and magazines on TCM acupuncture.According to the inclusion criteria,literatures were selected,data tables were made,and the frequency of acupoints used and meridian normalization were counted by Graphpad Pism 9.5.Results There were 27 literatures that met the criteria,in the literature on moxibustion treatment for neurogenic bladder after spinal cord injury,the total frequency of acupoint use is 74 times,and a total of 21 acupoints were used;in the literature on moxibustion treatment of urinary retention after spinal cord injury,the total frequency of acupoints used was 27 times,and a total of 11 acupoints were used.According to the frequency of use of acupoints,the main acupoints used for neurogenic bladder are Guanyuan,Qihai,Zhongji,Baliao,Tianshu,Mingmen,etc.The most common meridian is Foot Sun Bladder Meridian;The main acupoints for the treatment of urinary retention are related to Guanyuan,Zhongji,Qihai,Baliao,Shenque,etc.The meridians belonging to the most are Ren.Conclusion Moxibustion in the treatment of neurogenic bladder and urinary retention after spinal cord injury can significantly improve the bladder function and shorten the treatment time.
