Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Emotional Nursing Combined with Eight Section Brocade Intervention on Limb Motor Function and Psychological State of Post-Stroke Hemiplegic Patients
Objective To analyze the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with eight section brocade intervention on the limb motor function and psychological state of hemiplegic patients after stroke.Methods A total of 60 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese emotional nursing combined with eight section brocade intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Limb motor function,mental state,daily living ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessmen Scale,Barthel Index rating scale and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistical significance(P<0.05);the scores of Self-rating Anxiety Scale and Self-rating Depression Scale in the observation group were(33.41±2.89)points and(33.23±2.82)points,respectively,which were lower than(41.22±2.43)points,(40.56±2.38)points in the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese medicine emotional care and eight section brocade has a significant effect on the nursing of post-stroke hemiplegic patients.It can alleviate negative emotions,improve limb function,enhance daily living abilities,and improve quality of life.
