摘要
目的 探讨中医耳穴压豆联合游戏式健康教育对多发性抽动症患儿的影响.方法 选取 2020 年 10 月—2023 年9 月聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院收治的 64 例多发性抽动症患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组32 例.对照组采用游戏式健康教育干预,观察组在对照组基础上采用中医耳穴压豆干预.比较两组患儿的病情严重程度、自我意识、智力水平及生活质量.结果 干预后,观察组的美国耶鲁抽动程度综合量表中发生性抽动、运动性抽动、总分分别为(6.91±0.83)分、(5.76±0.43)分、(12.67±1.42)分,均低于对照组的(14.55±1.99)分、(13.88±0.79)分、(28.43±2.75)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组的Piers-Harris儿童自我意识量表、中文版-韦氏儿童智力测验系统评分分别为(58.66±4.35)分、(97.66±6.12)分,均高于对照组的(49.72±4.01)分、(89.72±5.84)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05);观察组的健康状况调查问卷中总体健康、社会功能、活力、生理功能评分分别为(78.49±6.32)分、(70.26±4.66)分、(79.11±5.73)分、(80.96±5.69)分,均高于对照组的(60.83±4.55)分、(58.74±3.57)分、(50.26±4.88)分、(60.25±4.51)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 多发性抽动症患儿采用中医耳穴压豆联合游戏式健康教育,可缓解病情严重程度,提升智力水平及自我意识,有助于改善其生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine ear acupoint pressing bean combined with gameplay health education on children with Tourette's syndrome.Methods A total of 64 children with Tourette's syndrome admitted to Liaocheng Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with gameplay health education intervention,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine ear acupoint pressing bean intervention on the basis of the control group.The severity of illness,self-awareness,intelligence level and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the spontaneous tic score,motor tic score and total score in the Yale Global Tic Severity Scale in the observation group were(6.91±0.83)points,(5.76±0.43)points and(12.67±1.42)points,respectively,which were lower than(14.55±1.99)points,(13.88±0.79)points and(28.43±2.75)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the scores of Piers-Harris Children's Self-concept Scale and Chinese Wechsler Intelligence Dcale for children in the observation group were(58.66±4.35)points and(97.66±6.12)points,respectively,which were higher than(49.72±4.01)points and(89.72±5.84)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05);the scores of overall health,social function,vitality and physiological function in the MOS item short from health survey in the observation group were(78.49±6.32)points,(70.26±4.66)points,(79.11±5.73)points and(80.96±5.69)points,respectively,which were higher than(60.83±4.55)points,(58.74±3.57)points,(50.26±4.88)points and(60.25±4.51)points in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of traditional Chinese medicine ear acupoint pressing bean combined with gameplay health education in children with Tourette's syndrome can alleviate the severity of the disease,improve the intelligence level and self-awareness,and help improve the quality of life.
