Effect of Recombinant Human Interferon α-2b Vaginal Effervescent Tablet Combined with Microwave in the Treatment of Chronic Cervicitis Complicated with HPV Infection and Its Influence on Vaginal Microenvironment Factors
Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human interferon α-2b(rhIFNα-2b)vaginal effervescent tablet combined with microwave therapy on chronic cervicitis complicated with human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic cervicitis complicated with HPV infection admitted to Jining Public Health Medical Center from October 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with rhIFNα-2b vaginal effervescent tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with microwave therapy 3 to 7 days after the end of menstruation.The clinical efficacy,vaginal microenvironment factors and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.29%,which was higher than 74.29%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the positive rate of leucocyte esterase and sialidase were lower than that of the control group,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the positive rate of N-acetyl-galactosidase,positive rate of hydrogen peroxide and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Taking rhIFNα-2b vaginal effervescent tablet combined with microwave therapy for chronic cervicitis patients with HPV infection is helpful to improve their vaginal microenvironment factors,with significant clinical efficacy and high safety.
