Effect of Stage Rehabilitation Nursing Combined with Finger Exercises on Pain Degree and Hand Function in Patients with Stenosing Tenosynovitis of Flexor Tendon after Operation
Objective To explore the application effect of staged rehabilitation nursing combined with finger exercises in postoperative patients with stenosing tenosynovitis(ST)of flexor tendon. Methods A total of 84 patients with ST of flexor tendon admitted to this hospital from February 2019 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method. The control group(n=42)was given routine rehabilitation nursing, and the observation group(n=42)was given staged rehabilitation nursing combined with finger exercises. The degree of pain, disease recovery, range of motion of finger joints and hand function were compared between the two groups. Both groups were followed up for 3 months. Results After nursing, the pain Visual Analogue Scale and finger function grading score of the observation group were(1.24±0.31)points and(1.45±0.20)points,respectively,which were lower than(2.77±0.52)points and(2.76±0.22)points of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The finger joint activity of the observation group was(70.73±5.47)°,which was greater than(60.62±4.79)°of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hand function scores of the observation group in picking up small objects, turning cards, simulated eating and moving cans were(6.05±1.05)s,(5.44±0.65)s,(4.22±0.65)s and(6.87±1.19)s,which were shorter than(7.25±1.34)s,(6.96±0.68)s,(5.49±0.68)s,(8.14±1.25)s of the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The staged rehabilitation nursing combined with finger exercises has a good application effect in patients with ST of flexor tendon after operation, which is beneficial to reduce the degree of pain, promote the recovery of the disease, increase the range of motion of the finger joint, and improve the hand function.
