Effects of Rebamipide Tablets Combined with Mosapride Citrate Tablets on Serum Inflammatory Factors and Gastrointestinal Function Indicators in Patients with Chronic Atrophic Gastritis
Objective To study the effects of rebamipide tablets combined with mosapride citrate tablets in chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods A total of 86 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis treated in Shouguang People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mosapride citrate tablets, and the observation group was treated with rebamipide tablets on this basis. The clinical efficacy, serum inflammatory factors, gastrointestinal function indexes and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.02%,which was higher than 76.74%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-α,procalcitonin and interleukin-6 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of motilin and gastrin in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the level of somatostatin was lower than that in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Rebamipide tablets combined with mosapride citrate tablets are effective in the treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis, which can reduce the levels of serum inflammatory factors, improve gastrointestinal function indexes, accelerate the recovery of the disease, and is safe and reliable.
