Effects of Sacubitril Valsartan on Vascular Endothelial Function,Cardiac Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure
Objective To investigate the effect of sacubitril valsartan on patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 120 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research subjects,they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,while the observation group was treated with a combination of sacubitril valsartan ou the basis of the control group.Compare the endothelial function,cardiac function,and quality of life between two groups.Results After treatment,the serum endothelin level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the serum calcitonin gene-related peptide and nitric oxide synthase levels were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the stroke volume,cardiac output of the observation group were more than those of the control group,the ejection fraction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,while the left ventricular end systolic blood volume and left ventricular end diastolic blood volume were less than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had lower scores on the Minnesota Heart Failure Quality of Life Scale compared to the control group,and had a longer 6-minute walking distance than the control group,with statistically significant differences between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Sacubitril valsartan can effectively improve vascular endothelial function,cardiac function,and quality of life in patients with chronic heart failure.
