Effect of Laparoscopic Myomectomy Combined with Goserelin on Uterine Microcirculation and Recurrence Rate in Patients with Uterine Fibroids
Objective To investigate the effect of laparoscopic myomectomy combined with goserelin on patients with uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 72 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to Huantai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from July 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group. The control group(n=36)was treated with laparoscopic myomectomy, and the observation group(n=36)was treated with Goserelin on the basis of the control group. The uterine microcirculation status, vascular growth factor index and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the uterine artery pulsatility index(0.85±0.09)and resistance index(2.76±0.29)in the observation group were higher than(0.59±0.07),(1.95±0.24)in the control group, the peak systolic blood flow velocity of uterine artery was(36.55±3.12)cm/s,epidermal growth factor was(234.13±14.56)pg/mL,insulin-like growth factorⅠwas(90.25±14.37)ng/mL,vascular endothelial growth factor was(85.41±8.44)pg/mL,and the recurrence rate was 2.78%,which were lower than(45.18±3.87)cm/s,(287.14±20.55)pg/mL,(145.66±17.63)ng/mL,(100.06±11.76)pg/mL,25.00%in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic myomectomy combined with goserelin is effective in the treatment of patients with uterine fibroids, which can promote the improvement of uterine microcirculation, regulate the body's vascular growth factor index, and reduce the recurrence rate.
