Effect of Ultra-Time-Window Arterial Thrombus Extraction on Vascular Revasculotomy Rate and Neurological Function in Patients with Severe Anterior Circulation Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To investigate the efficacy of arterial thrombectomy beyond time window in patients with severe anterior circulation acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with severe anterior circulation ACI admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed, and they were divided into a control group and an observation group according to different treatment methods. The control group(n=30)received intravenous thrombolytic therapy, and the observation group(n=30)received ultra-time window arterial thrombectomy. Both groups were followed up for 3 months.Vascular revascularization rate, nerve function and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The vascular revasculation rate in the observation group was 90.00%,which was higher than 40.00%in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was 3.33%,which was lower than 13.33%in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Ultra-time window arterial thrombectomy can improve the vascular revascularization rate, improve nerve function and reduce the occurrence of complications in patients with severe anterior circulation ACI.
