Application of Individualized Physical and Mental Appeal Model and Mirror Theory Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Finger Replantation
Objective To explore the effectiveness of individualized physical and mental appeal model and mirror theory rehabilitation nursing in patients with replantation of severed fingers.Methods A total of 86 patients who underwent finger replantation surgery at Liaocheng People's Hospital from March 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into an intervention group(n=43)and a control group(n=43)using a random number table method.The control group received routine rehabilitation care,while the intervention group received individualized physical and mental appeal model combined with mirror theory rehabilitation care.The psychological resilience,hand function,sleep quality,and daily life ability in both groups were compared.Results 3 months after intervention,the scores of Psychological Resilience Scale,Michigan Hand Function Assessment Scale,and Barthel Index in both groups increased compared to before intervention,and those of the intervention group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index in both groups decreased compared to before intervention,and the intervention group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of individualized physical and mental appeal model and mirror theory rehabilitation nursing in the intervention of finger replantation patients can enhance psychological resilience,improve sleep quality,promote hand function recovery,and improve daily living abilities.
