Effects of Rehabilitation Nursing Based on Health Behavior Change Theory on Mental Resilience and Quality of Life of Patients with BladderTumor after Surgery
Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing based on health behavior change theory on mental resilience and quality of life of patients with bladder tumor after surgery. Methods A total of 160 patients with bladder tumor surgery admitted to the hospital from January to October 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to admission time, with 80 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing based on the theory of health behavior change. The recovery effect, mental elasticity and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results After the intervention, the postoperative exhaust time, indignant catheter time and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, the total score of Connor-Davidson resilience scale in the observation group were(62.40±4.65)points,which were higher than that in the control group(55.70±4.15)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the MOS item short from health survey score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference beween the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing based on the theory of health behavior change can speed up the recovery of bladder tumor after surgery, enhance the psychological resilience of patients and improve their quality of life.
