Effects of Health Education Under Problem-Oriented Mode Combined with Psychological Intervention on Emotional State and Quality of Life in Elderly Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris
Objective To explore the effect of health education under problem-oriented mode combined with psychological intervention on emotional state and quality of life in elderly patients with coronary heart disease angina pectoris.Methods A total of 92 elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to the 960th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from January 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table,with 46 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine basic nursing,and the observation group was treated with health education under problem-oriented mode combined with psychological intervention.Both groups continued the intervention for 8 weeks.The emotional state,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale and Hamilton depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the Pittsburgh sleep quality index score of the observation group was(7.75±1.03)points,which was lower than(10.62±1.17)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the scores of all dimensions in the generic quality of life inventory-74 of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Health education under problem-oriented mode combined with psychological intervention can effectively regulate the emotional state of elderly patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris,improve their sleep quality and quality of life.
