Application Effect of Health Education Based on Goal Execution Concept Combined with Humanistic Care Intervention in Chemotherapy Patients with Multiple Myeloma
Objective To explore the effect of health education based on goal execution concept combined with humanistic care intervention on multiple myeloma(MM)chemotherapy patients.Methods A total of 176 MM chemotherapy patients admitted to the Hematology Department of Juye County People's Hospital from December 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 88 cases in each group.The control group received humanistic care intervention,and the observation group received health education based on goal execution concept on this basis.The coping style,pain degree and self-care ability of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the avoidance and submission scores in the medical coping modes questionnaire of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the face score was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05);the pain Visual Analogue Scale score of the observation group was(1.14±0.91)points,which was lower than(3.04±1.05)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the exercise of self-care agency scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of health education based on goal execution concept and humanistic care intervention can improve the self-care ability of MM chemotherapy patients,alleviate the degree of bone pain,and promote patients to face the disease with a positive attitude.
