Effect of Jianpi Yishen Tiaotang Drink Combined with Acupuncture and Moxibustion on Diabetic Neurogenic Bladder Patients with Spleen-Kidney Qi Deficiency Type
Objective To investigate the effect of Jianpi Yishen Tiaotang Drink combined with acupuncture and moxibus-tion on diabetic neurogenic bladder (DNB) patients with spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type. Methods Sixty DNB patients with spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type admitted to Tengzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Jianpi Yishen Tiaotang Drink combined with acupuncture and moxibustion. The TCM syndrome score,urodynamic indexes and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the TCM syn-drome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);the residual urinary volume of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the maximum flow rate was higher than that of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effec-tive rate of the observation group was 96.67％,which was higher than 83.33％ of the control group,and the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Jianpi Yishen Tiaotang Drink combined with acupuncture and moxibustion can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of DNB patients with spleen-kidney Qi deficiency type,and the therapeutic effect is good.
