Applicatiion Effect of Modified Qianghuo Qinjiao Prescription Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Guidance in Rheumatoid Arthritis and its Impact on Serum Inflammatory Factor Levels in Patients
Objective To investigate the application effect of modified Qianghuo Qinjiao Prescription combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine rehabilitation guidance in rheumatoid arthritis and its impact on serum inflammatory factor levels in patients. Methods Sixty patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to Liaocheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the basic treatment under the guidance of Traditional Chinese Medicine rehabilitation, and the observation group was treated with modified Qianghuo Qinjiao Prescription on this basis, both groups were treated for 12 weeks. The clinical symptoms, serum levels of inflammatory factors, clinical efficacy, occurrence of adverse reactions and functional scores of the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the number of joint swelling, joint tenderness and the time of morning stiffness between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment, the numbers of joint swelling and joint tenderness in the observation group were less than those in the control group, and the morning stiffness time was shorter than that in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the tumor necrosis factor-a (TNF-a),interleukin-17 (IL-17),interleurm-1ß (IL-1ß) levels between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment, the levels of TNF-a,IL-17 and IL-1ß in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of abnormal reaction in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, but there was no statistical significance between groups (P>0.05). After treatment, the joint function score, physical function score, cognitive function score and social function score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of modified Qianghuo Qinjiao Prescription combined with TCM rehabilitation guidance is ideal in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis, which can reduce inflammatory response, reduce abnormal reaction and promote functional recovery of patients, and has high application value.
