Clinical Effect of Jiaji Acupoint Panlong Needling Technique on Parkinson's Disease with Anxiety and Depression
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiaji acupoint Panlong needling technique on Parkinson's disease with anxiety and depression. Methods Sixty patients with Parkinson's disease accompanied by anxiety and depression admitted to Weifang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and a treatment group according to random number table method, with 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the treatment group was treated with Jiaji acupoint Panlong needling technique on the basis of the control group. The severity of Parkinson's disease, autonomic dysfunction, mental state, cerebral hemodynamic indexes and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of unified Parkinson's disease rating scale and scales for outcomes in Parkinson's disease-autonomic in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05);the scores of Hamilton depression scale and Hamilton anxiety scale in the treatment group were (12.98±1.28) points and (12.23±1.49) points, respectively, which were lower than (16.49±2.11) points and (16.44±3.55) points in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05);the mean blood flow velocity and peak flow velocity of left middle cerebral artery in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Jiaji acupoint Panlong needling technique can effectively improve the symptoms of Parkinson's disease in patients with anxiety and depression, and relieve their depression and anxiety, which may be related to improving cerebral hemodynamics.
