Effect of Du Meridian Moxibustion Needle Combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome of Cerebral Infarction
Objective To analyze the effect of Du Meridian moxibustion needle combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 118 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of cerebral infarction admitted to Wendeng District Hospital of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine of Weihai City from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 59 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with Du Meridian moxibustion needle combined with Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect,neurological function,motor function,hemorheology indexes,cerebral hemodynamics indexes and safety of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.61％,which was higher than 84.75％ of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment,the whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and hematocrit in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05);the National Institute of Health stroke scale score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the simple Fugl-Meyer assessment score was higher than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05);the average blood flow velocities of anterior cerebral artery,middle cerebral artery and posterior cerebral artery in the observation group were faster than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of Du Meridian moxibustion needle and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can alleviate nerve injury,improve limb motor function,regulate hemorheology and cerebral hemodynamics in patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of cerebral infarction,and will not increase adverse reactions.
