Effects of Alveolar Lavage with Amikacin Under Bronchoscopy on Inflammatory Rresponse and Blood Gas Analysis Indexes in Patients with Severe Pulmonary Iinfection
Objective Analysis of the specific effects of alveolar lavage with Amikacin under bronchoscopy in patients with severe pulmonary infections. Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with severe pulmonary infection admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Heze Medical College from September 2022 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group,43 cases each. The control group received routine symptomatic supportive treatment, and the observation group received alveolar lavage with Amikacin under bronchoscopy on the basis of the control group. The inflammatory response and blood gas analysis indicators were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,In the observation group, procalcitonin was (0.46±0.10)ng/mL,SP protein (123.21±13.23)ng/mL,human chemokine C-C-basic ligand 18 (84.78±7.26)ng/mL,hypersensitive C-reactive protein (43.08±4.14)mg/L,partial pressure of carbon dioxide (40.53±6.26)mmHg was lower than that of control group, and the arterial oxygen saturation (93.16±10.21)% and arterial partial oxygen pressure (82.69±8.62)mmHg were higher than those of control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Alveolar lavage with Amikacin under bronchoscopy can alleviate inflammatory reactions and improve blood gas analysis indicators in patients with severe pulmonary infections.
