Effect of Mirena Combined with Goserelin Treatment on Estrogen and Inflammatory Response in Patients with Atypical Endometrial Hyperplasia
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of the combination of mirena and goserelin on patients with atypical endometrial hyperplasia (AEH). Methods A total of 88 AEH patients admitted to the hospital from July 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into a control group and a research group using a random number table method, with 44 patients in each group. The control group was treated with goserelin, while the research group was treated with a combination of mirena on the basis of the control group. Compare the clinical efficacy, endometrial thickness and menstrual flow, estrogen levels and inflammatory factor levels, and adverse reactions between two groups. Results The total effective rate of the research group was 95.45%,which was higher than 81.82% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the Pictorial Blood Loss Assessment Chart score of the research group was lower than that of the control group, and the thickness of the endometrium was smaller than that of the control group, the levels of various estrogen indicators (estradiol, luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone) and inflammatory factors (C-reactive protein, tumor necrosis factor-a,interleukin-6) of the research group were all lower than those of the control group, and the differences between groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of goserelin and mirena has a significant therapeutic effect on AEH patients, which helps to improve endometrial thickness, reduce menstrual flow, lower inflammatory factor levels, and regulate excessive estrogen secretion. There are no obvious adverse reactions, and it is safe and reliable. It is worth promoting and applying.
