Effect of Nursing Intervention Based on Quality Control Circle Combined with Infrared Therapy Instrument on Abdominal Incision Healing and Postoperative Recovery in Cesarean Section Women
Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention based on quality control circle combined with infrared therapy instrument in cesarean section women. Methods A total of 80 cesarean section women admitted to Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method. The control group (n=40) was treated with routine nursing, while the observation group (n=40) was treated with nursing intervention based on quality control circle combined with infrared therapy instrument. The time of abdominal incision healing, postoperative recovery, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incision healing time in the observation group was (7.33±1.75)d,which was shorter than (9.78±2.22)d in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The first time of anal exhaust, the first time of getting out of bed and the time of hospitalization in the observation group were (24.30±3.12)h,(24.29±4.05)h and (6.30±1.02)d,respectively,which were shorter than (27.26±4.33)h,(29.38±5.17)h and (7.72±1.55)d in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%,which was lower than 20.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.00%,higher than 77.50% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention based on quality control circle combined with infrared therapy instrument can promote abdominal incision healing, reduce the incidence of incision complications, shorten postoperative recovery time and improve nursing satisfaction.
