The control group received routine nursing, and the study group received relaxation therapy combined with music therapy on this basis. The 24 items Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD),Self-Perceived Burden Scale (SPBS),Herth Hope Index (HHI) scores and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the HAMD,SPBS and HHI scores between the two groups (P>0.05);after 8 weeks of intervention, the HAMD and SPBS scores in the research group were lower than those in the control group, and the HHI score was higher than that in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the research group was 97.78%,which was higher than 82.22% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Relaxation therapy combined with music therapy has a relatively ideal application effect in the nursing of adolescent depression, which can not only improve their depression symptoms and hope level, but also alleviate the self-burden feeling and improve the satisfaction of nursing, and has clinical promotion value.
