Analysis of Related Factors and Prevention Measures of Lower Extremity Deep Venous Thrombosis in Patients with Endometrial Cancer after Laparoscopic Surgery
Objective To analyze the related factors and prevention measures of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with endometrial cancer after laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 342 patients with endometrial cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in Heze Mudan People's Hospital from March 2020 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into an occurrence group and a non-occurrence group according to the complications of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis after surgical treatment. The clinical data of the two groups were compared and the related factors and prevention measures of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with endometrial cancer after laparoscopic surgery were analyzed. Results Among 342 patients with endometrial cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery,38 cases occurred in the group of venous thrombosis and 304 cases did not, with an incidence of 11.11% (38/342). There were significant differences in the degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, hypertension, operation time and intraoper-ative blood loss between the two groups (P<0.05). Logistic regression analysis showed that the degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, combined hypertension, operation time, and intraoperative blood loss were the relevant factors for lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with endometrial cancer after laparoscopic surgery (OR>1,P<0.05). Conclusion The degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, hypertension, operation time and intraoperative blood loss are the related factors of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in patients with endometrial cancer after laparoscopic surgery.
