银杏达莫联合依达拉奉注射液对急性脑梗死患者血液流变学指标及氧化应激反应的影响

目的 探讨银杏达莫联合依达拉奉注射液对急性脑梗死(ACI)患者血液流变学指标及氧化应激反应的影响.方法 选取滕州市中医医院神经内科2020年8月—2023年8月收治的78例ACI患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组39例.对照组采用依达拉奉注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用银杏达莫治疗.两组均持续治疗2周.比较两组患者的血液流变学指标、氧化应激反应、神经功能及不良反应发生情况.结果 治疗后,观察组的血浆黏度、全血高切黏度、纤维蛋白原水平均低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的超氧化物歧化酶、总抗氧化能力水平均高于对照组,丙二醛水平低于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分为(4.53±0.96)分,低于对照组的(5.97±1.39)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 银杏达莫联合依达拉奉注射液有利于改善ACI患者的血液流变学指标、氧化应激反应,促进神经功能恢复,且不良反应率低,安全性良好.
Effect of Ginkgo Leaf Extract and Dipyridamole combined with Edaravone Injection on Hemorheological Indicators and Oxidative Stress Response in Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction
Objective To investigate the effects of ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole combined with edaravone injection on hemorheological indicators and oxidative stress response in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods Seventy-Eight patients with ACI admitted to the Encephalopathy Department of Hospital of Tengzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 39 cases in each group. The control group was treated with edaravone injection,the observation group was treated with ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 2 weeks. The hemorheological indicator levels,oxidative stress response,neurological function and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment,the plasma viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and fibrinogen level of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05);the levels of superoxide dismutase and total antioxidant capacity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the level of malondialdehyde was lower than that in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05);the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score of the observation group was (4.53±0.96) points,which was lower than (5.97±1.39) points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Ginkgo leaf extract and dipyridamole combined with edaravone injection can improve hemorheological indicators,oxidative stress response,promote neurological function recovery in patients with ACI,and has a low adverse reaction rate and good safety.
