Effects of Multi-Level Executive Function Comprehensive Training Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen on Neurological Function,Cognitive Function and Daily Living Ability in Patients with Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective To study the effect of multi-level executive function comprehensive training combined with hyperbaric oxygen intervention in patients with cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage admitted to the First Clinical Medical College of China Three Gorges University from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method. The control group (n=40) received hyperbaric oxygen intervention, and the observation group (n=40) received multi-level executive function comprehensive training combined with hyperbaric oxygen intervention. The neurological function, cognitive function and daily living ability were evaluated in both groups. Results Before intervention, there was no significant difference in National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) scores between the two groups (P>0.05);after intervention, the NIHSS score of the observation group was (8.34±1.27) points, which was lower than (10.12±1.33) points of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before intervention, there were no significant differences in the scores of Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) and Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) between the two groups (P>0.05);after intervention, the MMSE and MoCA scores of the observation group were (24.38±1.92) points and (24.83±1.72) points, respectively, which were higher than (21.25±1.67) points and (20.24±1.49) points of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). Before intervention, there was no significant difference in Activities of Daily Living Scale (ADL) scores between the two groups (P>0.05);after intervention, the ADL scores of both groups were higher than before intervention, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),but there was no statistically significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Multi-level executive function comprehensive training combined with hyperbaric oxygen intervention can improve the neurological function and cognitive function of patients with cerebral hemorrhage, and play a certain role in daily life ability, which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
