Effect of Digital Guide Implant Repair on the Repair Effect and Masticatory Function of Patients with Dentition Defect
Objective To analyze the effects of digital guided implant restoration on patients with denture defects. Methods A total of 60 patients with dentition defect admitted to Zhangqiu Stomatology Hospital of Jinan City from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group received conventional implant repair, and the observation group received digital guide implant repair. The repair effect, implant precision, masticatory function, periodontal health and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than 73.33% in the control group, the deviation of neck distance was (0.69±0.15)mm,the deviation of root tip distance was (0.84±0.10)mm,the deviation of depth was (0.56±0.04)mm,and the deviation of Angle was (3.40±0.52)°,they were lower than (1.01±0.34)mm,(1.46±0.17)mm,(1.13±0.29)mm,(5.71±1.36)° in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 6 months of treatment, the masticatory efficiency and bite force of the observation group were (80.69±5.67)% and (60.46±4.35)kg respectively, which were higher than (71.58±4.21)% and (55.53±3.46)kg of the control group, and the plaque index was (0.67±0.06) points, the gingival index was (0.75±0.11) points, which were lower than (1.23±0.15) points and (1.34±0.19) points of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Implantation guided by digital guide can achieve good results, improve the chewing function and periodontal health of patients with dental defect, and no serious complications.
