Effect of Combined Treatment with Levamlodipine and Rabelol on Blood Pressure Levels and Hemodynamics in Patients with Gestational Hypertension
Objective To investigate the effects of combined treatment with levamlodipine and rabelol on blood pressure levels and hemodynamics in patients with gestational hypertension (HDCP). Methods A total of 72 patients with HDCP admitted to Chengwu County People's Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using a random number table method, with 36 patients in each group. The control group was treated with rabelol, while the observation group was treated with levamlodipine on this basis. The clinical efficacy, blood pressure levels, hemodynamics, occurrence of adverse reactions, and adverse pregnancy outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.89%,which was higher than 69.44% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in blood pressure levels and hemodynamics between the two groups (P>0.05);after treatment, the levels of systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the plasma viscosity, hematocrit, whole blood viscosity, and resistance index were lower than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was 8.33%,which was lower than 30.56%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of HDCP patients, the use of levamlodipine and labelol can achieve significant therapeutic effects, help reduce blood pressure levels and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes, improve hemodynamics, and is relatively safe.
