Observation of the Clinical Efficacy of the Tongmai Huayu Protocol Formula Combined with Auricular Points Plaster Therapy for the Treatment of Stable Angina Pectoris Patients with Qi Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type
Objective Exploring the clinical efficacy of the Tongmai Huayu Protocol Formula combined with auricular points plaster therapy for the treatment of stable angina pectoris patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods Selecting 60 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stable angina pectoris admitted to Binzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2020 to May 2023 as the research subjects,according to the random number table method,they were divided into a control group and an observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment,while the observation group received treatment with the Tongmai Huayu Protocol Formula combined with auricular points plaster therapy on the basis of the control group,both groups received continuous treatment for 8 weeks.Compare the clinical efficacy,angina attacks,serological indicators,Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Points and occurrence of adverse reactions between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than the 73.33%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment,the number of angina attacks in the observation group was less than that in the control group,the duration was shorter than that in the control group,and the Visual Analogue Scale score of pain was lower than that in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the levels of serum C-reactive protein,fibrinogen,and D-dimer in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the chest pain,tightness,shortness of breath,and fatigue scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Comparison of adverse reaction rates between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Tongmai Huayu Protocol Formula combined with auricular points plaster therapy for the treatment of stable angina pectoris patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type can improve clinical efficacy,alleviate angina symptoms,improve serological indicators,and is safe and reliable.
