Application Effect of Finger Acupuncture Combined with Moxibustion in Rehabilitation of Patients with Sequelae of Stroke
Objective To explore the application effect of finger acupuncture combined with moxibustion in rehabilitation of patients with sequelae of stroke. Methods A total of 86 patients with sequlelae of stroke admitted to Xuzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and a research group by random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group received standardized rehabilitation training, and the research group used finger acupuncture combined with moxibustion intervention on the basis of the control group. The limb motor function, nerve function, activity of daily living ability, quality of life and rehabilitation satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention,Fugl-Meyer Assessment score of the research group was higher than that of the control group, and the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score was lower than that of the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the Modified Barthel Index Score and Quality of Life score of the research group were higher than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).The rehabilitation total satisfaction rate of the research group was 97.67%,which was higher than 81.40%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Finger acupuncture combined with moxibustion can effectively improve the limb motor function, nerve function, enhance the ability of daily living activities, improve the quality of life, and meet the rehabilitation needs of patients with sequelae of stroke.
