Observation on the Efficacy of Repeated Stimulative Therapy Combined with Anodic Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation in Patients with Hand Dysfunction after Stroke
Objective To explore the effect of repeated stimulation therapy(RFE)combined with anodic transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)on the patients with hand dysfunction after stroke. Methods A total of 84 patients with post-stroke hand dysfunction admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from February 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects to conduct a prospective ersearch. They were divided into a control group and a experimental group by simple random method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received conventional rehabilitation treatment, and the experimental group received RFE combined with anodic tDCS on the basis of the control group, both groups received continuous treatment for 1 month.Hand function state, motor function stage, daily living ability and finger sensory function were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale,Modified Barthel Index and Lind-mark hand function were(32.78±2.51)points,(55.42±5.64)points and(17.09±2.21)points,respectively,which were higher than(27.15±1.36)points,(45.31±6.79)points,(13.65±2.31)points in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);brunnstrom stage in experimental group was better than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion RFE combined with anodic tDCS can accelerate the recovery of patients with hand dysfunction after stroke and improve the quality of daily life of patients.
