Value Analysis of Core Stability Training Combined with Resistance Movement in Promoting Motor Function Rehabilitation of Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy
Objective To explore the application value of core stability training combined with resistance movement in children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods Ninety-Two children with spastic cerebral palsy treated in Children's Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University from May 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 46 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group received core stability training combined with resistance movement on the basis of the control group, both groups received continuous training for 6 months. The spasticity degree, gross motor function, fine motor function, balance ability and daily living ability were compared between the two groups. Results After training, the Modified Ashworth Scale in observation group was better than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the scores of Gross Motor Function Measure scale and Fine Motor Function Measure scale in the observation group were(72.16±5.39)points and(130.37±16.36)points,respectively,which were higher than(64.49±5.18)points and(122.54±15.88)points in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the Breg Balance Scale and Barthel Index Scores of the observation group were(35.12±3.24)points and(74.75±5.58)points,respectively,which were higher than(30.44±3.05)points and(64.62±5.02)points of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The application of core stability training combined with resistance movement in children with spastic cerebral palsy is beneficial to reduce the degree of limb spasm, promote the recovery of gross motor function and fine motor function, and improve their balance ability and daily living ability.
