Effect of Rehabilitation Breathing Exercise Assisted Drug Therapy on Blood Gas Analysis Indicators and Pulmonary Function in Patients with Occupational Silicosis
Objective To analyze the effect of rehabilitation breathing exercise assisted drug therapy on blood gas analysis and pulmonary function in occupational silicosis patients. Methods Sixty cases of occupational silicosis patients admitted to Jinan Hospital from July 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional drugs therapy, and the observation group was assisted with rehabilitation breathing exercise training on the basis of the control group, both groups were treated continuously for 2 months. The indicators of pulmonary function, blood gas analysis and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)in the observation group were(2.92±0.58)L and(2.12±0.48)L,respectively,which were higher than(2.57±0.56)L and(1.68±0.46)L in the control group, and FEV1/FVC was(72.60±0.58)%,which was higher than(65.37±0.85)%in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);pulse oxygen partial pressure, blood oxygen saturation in observation group were higher than those in control group, and arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide was lower than that in control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the symptoms, activities and effects score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation respiratory exercise adjuvant drugs in the treatment of occupational silicosis patients can improve the blood gas analysis indicators and pulmonary function, and promote the improvement of their quality of life, which is worthy of clinical promotion and use.
