Application of Suspension Exercise Training Combined with Hyperbaric Oxygen in Rehabilitation of Children with Spastic Cerebral Palsy
Objective To explore the effect of suspension exercise training combined with hyperbaric oxygen in rehabilitation treatment of children with spastic cerebral palsy. Methods A total of 84 children with spastic cerebral palsy admitted to Tengzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Shandong Province from March 2020 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation treatment, and the observation group received suspension exercise training combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on the basis of the control group.Electroencephalogram power, limb motor function, muscle tone and balance ability were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the θ wave value in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the β wave value was higher than that in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the score of Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale and Breg Balance Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the Modified Ashworth Scale score in the observation group was(2.07±0.14)points,which was lower than(2.88±0.19)points in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion Suspension exercise training combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy can adjust the electroencephalogram power of children with spastic cerebral palsy, enhance muscle function, and promote the recovery of limb motor function and balance ability.
