Effect of MOTOmed Training Combined with Personalized Rehabilitation Training on Muscle Strength Level,Balance Function and Limb Function in Patients with Hemiplegia after Cerebral Hemorrhage
Objective Exploring the effect of MOTOmed training combined with personalized rehabilitation training on patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 96 patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage admitted to Liaocheng People's Hospital from June 2020 to November 2023 were selected as the research subjects, according to the random number table method, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received routine intervention, while the observation group received MOTOmed training combined with personalized rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.Compare the muscle strength level, balance function, and limb function between two groups of patients. Results The muscle strength level of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05).After intervention, the Berg Balance Scale score in the observation group was(47.84±4.68)points,which was higher than(42.24±4.05)points in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P﹤0.05);the Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale scores for both upper and lower limbs in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).Conclusion The application of MOTOmed training combined with personalized rehabilitation training in patients with hemiplegia after cerebral hemorrhage can improve their muscle strength level, balance function, and limb function.
